Returns and complaints
In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller of the desire to return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The Seller will send a form to fill out and return by post. The declaration can also be sent by e-mail to the address: pracownia@majolikanieborow.pl, entering "Return and order number" in the subject of the message.
The condition for accepting a complaint about a product damaged during delivery is to fill out a damage report in the presence of the courier and take a photo of the contents of the package. Otherwise, complaints will not be considered.
Then, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer is obliged to return the purchased goods together with the document confirming the purchase to the following address:

In case of sending the return via Poczta Polska, please send the shipment as a 48h parcel – pocztex.
The refund will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
