Fulfillment and shipping costs

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT THE ORDERED ITEMS ARRIVE TO YOU UNDAMAGED. Each of our products is carefully packed in tissue paper, bubble wrap, cardboard and wrapping paper. Nevertheless, it may happen that the shipment is damaged. Therefore, it is very important to open the package in the presence of the courier and check its contents. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGES, THE CONTENTS SHOULD BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND A DAMAGE REPORT MADE. If this is not possible, please contact the transport company immediately to order the preparation of such a document.

We use the services of Pocztex:

1. Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.


2. Delivery of ordered goods is by courier. Any delivery costs will be indicated at the time of placing the Order.


3. Delivery of products ordered in the online store www.majolikanieborow.pl is carried out in Poland via the courier company Pocztex:
a) Pocztex - for delicate products:
- weighing up to 20 kg - PLN 27
– weighing up to 20 to 30 kg - PLN 55
b) Pocztex - standard:
- weighing up to 20 kg - PLN 20
- weighing up to 20 to 30 kg - PLN 40

We recommend choosing Pocztex shipping - for delicate products. It is intended for delicate goods and is not subject to automatic sorting. Thanks to this, your delicate ceramics are safer in transport.

4. Shipping outside Poland via a courier company – price negotiable.

5. The order fulfillment time in the online store is a maximum of 7 days from the moment the payment for the order placed in our store is credited to the account, unless otherwise indicated in the description of the given product.


6. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM and on Sundays and public holidays will be processed in the morning of the following business day.

6. The recording, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the essential provisions of the Goods Sale Agreement shall be done by sending them to the Customer's e-mail address and by attaching them to the shipment containing the purchase confirmation for individuals and the VAT invoice for companies.
